None. OpenHorizon Labs operates no server that receives data from the Application, and the Application sends us nothing.

The Application stores the following on your device only:

• Conversations: your chats, their titles and any system prompt you set.
• Settings: your preferences, per-model settings and the record that you accepted the Terms of Service.
• Request log:when you use the local API server or the Playground, a log of requests, including prompts and replies. You can turn off saving of prompts and replies under Settings → API Server → Endpoints & Access, and you can clear the log at any time.
• Benchmark results and prompt sets: the results of tests you run.
• Models: the model files you download.

This information is never sent to us. It may be included in the device backups you have enabled with Apple (for example iCloud Backup), which are governed by Apple's privacy policy. Downloaded model files are stored as cache and are not part of those backups.

The language models offered in the Application are published by third parties and are downloaded directly from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). When you download a model, your device connects to Hugging Face, which, like any website, receives your IP address and basic technical information about the request. That connection is governed by Hugging Face's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive any information about what you download.

Once a model is downloaded, it runs entirely on your device. Your prompts and the model's replies are not sent to Hugging Face, to the model's publisher, or to us.

The Application includes an optional API server, which is off by default. If you turn it on:

• Other apps on your device, and other devices on your local network if you allow it, can send requests to the models on your device.
• The Application asks for permission to use your local network for this purpose.
• You can require an API key, and we recommend setting one before allowing other devices on a shared network.
• A pairing QR code you choose to display contains the server's address on your network and, if you include it, the API key. Show it only to devices you trust.

Requests to the server travel between your own devices over your local network. They do not pass through any server of ours.

• Local network: used only for the optional API server described above.

The Application does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.

The Application contains no analytics tools, advertising networks or tracking technology, and does not track you across apps or websites.

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymised information such as crash reports and usage statistics. That sharing is controlled by you in your device settings and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Because your information is stored only on your device, you control it:

• Delete a conversation from the chat list.
• Clear the request log under Settings → Request Log.
• Delete downloaded models from the Models tab.
• Deleting the Application removes all of its data from your device.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected in the Application's Terms of Service, which you will be asked to review again.
